What we collect, why we collect it and the choices you have. We never sell your information.
Effective October 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Quigley Capital LLC (“Quigley Capital,” “we,” “us”) collects through quigleycapital.com (the “Site”), how we use it and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we collect only what we need to answer you and deliver what you ask for, and we never sell your information.
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages requested and the time of the request. This is used to run the Site securely and fix problems.
The Site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and Google receives your IP address. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
We will only send you marketing emails if you asked to hear from us, and every such email will tell you how to stop.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site, and only as needed for them to do that work:
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety or those of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
We keep messages and contact details for as long as needed to respond and maintain our relationship with you, and order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing patrick@patrickquigley.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, delete and correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for using them. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Residents of the European Union and United Kingdom may also object to or restrict processing, request a portable copy of their data and complain to their local data protection authority. Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent, on the need to perform a contract with you (such as an order) and on our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and running the Site.
We operate in the United States and Poland, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using the Site you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in those countries.
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
