About
Thirty years in finance and entrepreneurship. Today: investing his own capital, teaching what he's learned, and building models anyone can use.
Investor · Entrepreneur · Teacher
Patrick Quigley has spent 30 years in finance and entrepreneurship, building the financial models behind acquisitions, developments, fundraising and board decisions.
Today his work has three parts. He invests his own capital, alongside a select few business partners, through Quigley Capital’s closed private fund, focused on commercial real estate, land, special situations and select long-term investments. He teaches the lessons he has learned in business and entrepreneurship. And he turns the models behind real deals into tools anyone can use.

Beyond the numbers
Patrick is a husband and the father of a daughter. The family splits its time between two homes: Warsaw, Poland and Phoenix, Arizona.
Proudest recognition
The recognition Patrick values most isn’t closing a multi-million-dollar deal or time spent with famous people. It’s being nominated for and receiving the United States Lifesaving Association’s Medal of Valor twice, an honor for people who risk their own lives to save another.

Off the clock
Patrick has competed his whole life. He played volleyball, water polo, basketball, soccer, football, rugby and track & field, then went on to race Ironman triathlons, marathons and open water swims, and to compete in CrossFit and now HYROX. The same habits that get you across a finish line carry into business: preparation, discipline, measuring what matters, and not quitting when it hurts.
