Quigley Capital’s fund invests the founder’s own money, alongside a select few business partners, with a long-term view. With no outside investors, there is no pressure to deploy capital or exit on someone else’s timeline.

Our strategy is value-add: we buy distressed or underperforming assets and reposition them through better management, renovation or a new use, creating value rather than waiting for the market to deliver it.

Every opportunity is held to the same modeling discipline behind the models in our library: clear assumptions, rigorous pro formas and an honest view of risk and return.
